【Panama Circular】 PANAMA FLAG ANNUAL SAFETY INSPECTION (ASI) – FIRE SAFETY AND ISM QUESTIONNAIRE - from 1 Mar. 2023

Panama Maritime Authority (PMA) issued a Merchant Marine Notice 01/2023. According to this notice, the Flag State Inspectors shall perform this additional survey based on new Fire Safety and ISM questionnaire as attached, during the Annual Safety Inspection (ASI) from March 01st to August 31st of 2023. 

The purpose of this new ASI questionnaire is to determine the level of compliance with the FIRE SAFETY and ISM, in order to prepare the ships for the Port State Control Concentrate Inspection Campaign, which will be held from September 1st until November 31st of 2023.
