RightShip has released their revised vetting criteria. The criteria will come into place on the 1st August 2023.

Clear vetting rule for the ships which does not have ITF agreement. Vessels Flagged with a country that has adopted and ratified the 2006 Maritime Labour Convention which is an ITF Flag of Convenience without an ITF Agreement will be reflected as such for Information Only with no impact on the vetting outcome, unless as otherwise required by the vet submitting customer.(No.30)
- Vessel DoC Managers are strongly encouraged to complete, submit and periodically update a Crew
Welfare Self Assessment to showcase their commitment to Crew Welfare. Information Only with no current impact on vetting outcomes(Human Rights, New) - Vessel DoC Managers are stongly encouraged to submit details of their vessel’s EEXI or Compliant EEDI and Energy Saving Measures implemented ahead of forthcoming changes to the RightShip GHG Rating Methodology.Iformation Only with no current impact on vetting outcomes (Environment, New)
- New rules are added for some criteria to enable 'Acceptable' from 'Not Acceptable' (No.40, 41)
