IG Club updated standard LOI form A //Delivering Cargo Without Production of the Original Bill of Lading //

Ships sometimes deliver their cargo without presenting original BL but receiving LOI. The International Group (IG) updated the standard LOI form for such case.

LOI standard Form A/AA/B/BB/C/CC has been updated.
