【Regulation】Sampling analysis at commissioning tests for ballast water management systems

At the 77th session of the IMO Marine Environment Protection Committee (MEPC77) held from 22 to
26 November 2021, a Unified Interpretation was approved to interpret that the sampling analysis of
individual BWMS should be conducted when BWM surveys (including verification of BWMS
installation) are completed on or after 1 June 2022
