【Regulation】 Shanghai MSA issued new controls about ship's machinery failure

Shanghai MSA (Shanghai Maritime Safety Administration) has announced new control measure on 2 June 2022 about ship's machinery failure. This will come into effect on 1 July 2022 and the period is 2 years.
