【Piracy】 Removal of Indian Ocean HRA from 1 Jan. 2023

Shipping Industry (ICS/BIMCO/ICA/INTERCARGO/INTERTANKO/OCIMF) noticed that they decided to remove HRA at Indian Ocean from 1 Jan. 2023, considering the improve of  piracy situation in the region.

The shipping industry will submit notification of the HRA removal to IMO at MSC 106 on Nov. 2022.
