After 1 Oct. 2023, ships do not comply with this new requirement will be temporally installed a portable piloting unit with Real Time Kinematics (PPU-RTK). ACP announced the rental fee.
ACP issued Advisory to Shipping A-34-2023'New structure of Maritime Services tariffs (related and complementary)' and rental fee is mentioned in the new tariff list.
Rental fee for PPU-RTK portable unit, per transit or per day; for the first transit is $5,000.00. Rental fee for PPU-RTK portable unit, per transit or per day; for the second transit is $5,000.00 + 100% surcharge. Rental fee for PPU-RTK portable unit, per transit or per day; beyond the third transit is $5,000.00 + Disruption charge low impact $65,000.00.

We are checking if this rental fee will be in force from Oct. 2023 or not.
