In Newsletter No. 12, we will share some tips on how to ask questions to AI BANTO more effectively

As the name suggests, AI BANTO can serve as your "Banto" (a helpful assistant) and be even more useful depending on how you ask your questions.

By asking more specific questions about what you want to know, you can improve the accuracy of the answers. For example, if you want to check whether a particular ship can call at a specific port, consider the following scenario:

If Mozambique is explicitly excluded in the CP, AI BANTO can provide an answer.

On the other hand, if the port you want to check is not explicitly mentioned in the CP, AI BANTO cannot provide an answer.

In such cases, try asking more specific questions like the example below. This way, you can confirm the ports excluded in the CP along with AI BANTO response.
