When ships transit Panama Canal first time, Panama Canal Authority assess ship's tonnage which is based on tolls for use of Panama Canals, then the authority issue 'Admeasurement Certificate' .
Tariffs for above procedure was issued on April 2021, please find it from below link. The fee is depends on ship's LOA , usually 500~1,000 USD is charged.

Please also be noted admeasurement procedure will be required again when vessel undergoes structural changes that affects their toll basis.
